The Department of Electrical Engineering has been offering B.Tech courses since 2014 and has been offering a graduate degree in Power System and Control since 2022. We strive to offer rigorous training in the fundamental and advanced aspects of the vast domain of electrical engineering with a particular focus on Power Systems. The department has well-equiped laboratories catering to all major areas of Electrical Engineering: Power Systems, Power Electronics, Machines, Control Engineering. The department strives to provide a data-driven, programming-based flavour to all its courses; a well-stocked computer lab is at the disposal of of our students.
