Dr. Ward Ul Hijaz Paul holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, with research focused on Demand Side Management in Smart Grids. His expertise includes power systems, energy management, and renewable energy integration. He has published over 20 research articles.
