Corrigendum: Pre-Project Presentation and Report Submission Guidelines for BTech Batch 2020

1. Presentation Schedule:

   • The Pre-Project Presentation for the 8th Semester Batch 2020 will now be held on Monday and Tuesday, 8th and 9th July.
   • The schedule outlining Monday and Tuesday presentations will be announced separately.
   • Each group will have 10 minutes to present their project.
   • Presentation time must be equally distributed among all group members.

2. Project Report Submission:

   • The due date for project report submission has been updated to Monday, 8th July, by 11 AM.
   • Late submissions, including any reports received after 11 AM on Monday, will not be accepted.

3. Report Requirements:

   • The project report must not be empty and should include detailed content with colored diagrams.
   • Reports must be spiral-bound.
   • Reports should follow the accepted format and be reviewed by the concerned faculty and coordinator.
   • Reports must be signed by both the coordinator and the concerned faculty.

4. Submission Details:

   • Submit the signed and formatted spiral-bound report to the Office of the Electrical Engineering Department by the due date.
